A couple stopped by our booth at the Canyon County Home Show after some of our signs caught their eye. They saw pictures of cracks in foundations and immediately reconized that they had similar problems in their own home. They talked with our team and decided to take advantage of our free estimates and our Canyon County Spring Home Show Discount. When our officed called to help the couple pick a date and time for our expert to visit, we found out that they actually had cracks in their driveway. The cracks appeared right where the driveway meets the house. My expert determined that it wasn't the foundation that was causing the problem. The problem actually originated in the crawl space, where he found floor joists and their supports were failing. Because the floor joist supports were sinking, that entire side of the house was sinking, putting excessive pressure on the cement driveway. He recommended SmartJacks be installed to regain a fully supported floor system in the home.
