Potato Cellar in Idaho Falls

Eric and Kim own an old farm house in the small town of Grant, right outside Idaho Falls. In the back yard they have a very large potato cellar. At first they used the cellar as storage but Kim wanted to use the large space for much more.

She wanted to turn it into an art studio/play room for her kids.  She knew it would take a lot more then just cleaning up the space and laying down carpet. My husband and I bought a house about 1.5 years ago, and during the inspection it was noted that a support beam had become dislodged under the house and was lying on the ground instead of the wood blocks it was previously sitting on. We are looking into getting that issue resolved - is that something you could help with?
