• Attend pre-scheduled appointments using a company-provided vehicle
• Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs
• Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Execute onsite diagnostics/maintenances on current systems in the home

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

· Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.

· Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 x 18 clearance

· Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance.

· Strong listening, closing and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
