This customer had water leaking into his crawlspace so bad that at one point there were 8 inches of standing water! We sent out our Specialist as soon as possible so that we could help diagnose the situation the best that we could. We ended up installing our crawlspace waterproofing product, clean space, once all of the water was removed. This is used to help keep the water from making any damage if any gets in, and it also helps keep the moisture and pests clear of the area.
We also installed a smart pipe and our sump pump to help keep any water out of the crawlspace. If any were to get in, the pump helps redirect the water through the smart pipe out of the crawlspace.

Mr. Conley - Gave us a call to see if we could be the answer to his problem! He told us he called everyone and no one seemed to be able to help him with his retaining wall.
His retaining wall is attached to the back porch and it was slowly pulling away from the house. So we dug out as far as we could see the crack and sealed it with Flexi-Cock. And then we installed Helical Piers on both sides to lift it back up his retaining wall. Happy to say we Foundation Supportworks of Idaho was able to fix his problem!
Rose from Caldwell has lived in her home for over 25 years and the first time she found water in her crawl space she called a company to add a vapor barrier. They told her the 6mil thick liner was the same liner everyone else installed in their homes and that was true. It was only 2 years later that while in her garden Rose notice an odd odor coming from the crawlspace; she took her flashlight and peered into the space. Rose was mortified!
