Ms. Wing called us to do an install in her crawlspace. We supported the crawlspace with SmartJacks, bring it back to level.
SmartJack is a high-capacity, fully-adjustable steel pier. Designed to stop settling and can raise your sagging floor back to the proper level. Steel piers can be easily adjusted if future settling occurs.
Sold 4 pushpiers, Because the walls of this home had major settling! After we installed the push peris the walls of the garage were brought back in almost 4 1/2 inches.
Mr. Urbahn a repeat customer called us because he had water coming into his basement in his rental house. To prevent this from happening again we installed WaterGuard and a SumpPump.
SumpPump are installed in specially constructed sump pits. The sump pump's job is to pump the water out of the pit and away from the building so the basement or crawlspace stays dry.
WaterGuard basement waterproofing system from Basement Systems is an innovative interior perimeter drainage channel designed to effectively solve basement water problems
Installed a new window well and downspout extensions to prevent the water from getting into the basement
Still, having water concerns after we installed a water system? Sometimes that happens and we have an easy fix to help.
We can install some lateral lines in the floor to get the water to the sump pump.
Customer called due to their basement having water issues. They had large amounts of cracks on the outside as well as the inside of their basement walls. We installed carbon armor and Flexispan
The CarbonArmor system permanently stabilizes your home's foundation walls. CarbonArmor uses fiber-reinforced polymers (FRPs) which are 10-times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tightly against your basement wall.
FlexiSpan® is a patented crack repair system available exclusively from Basement Systems. Developed after years of research, the FlexiSpan system is an alternative to epoxy injection, another crack-sealing technique sometimes used by contractors.
A client contacted us to get an egress window in their basement bedroom. They needed to replace their small basement window with an up to code egress window.
Mr. Atkinson called because he had water coming into his basement. He lived in a manufactured home that was leaking. There were cinderblocks on one side of the home and new ones on the other side of the house. The foundation was on an older farm house-single wide. When they put the double-wide home on, it was leaking shortly after they had moved in 2004. So they called because they need it to get fixed!
We found that the water was coming in from their egress window, so to fix this we installed a new Egress window well duct, Sump Pump and Waterguard and the Basement To Beautiful Panels
The Waterguard was installed to collect water and drain it to the Sump Pump.
Sump Pump was installed to pump all the water out of the basement, as well to pump any further water from coming in.
The Basement To Beautiful Panels are engineered foam panels with integral studs, that are fastened directly to the foundation walls. The panel features a unique, advanced SilverGlo foam insulation with graphite infused throughout the foam. The graphite drives the insulation Value (or “R” value) of the foam up by approximately 24% over conventional Expanded Polystyrene foam by lowering its thermal conductivity.
Mr. Atkinson was very pleased with the work! And left us a nice review on google
This homeowner went about calling a different company who installed what they call a sump pump. But to their surprise, they continuously still had flooding in their crawlspace.
So we replaced the competitor's system out with ours to Really keep the water out this time!
Mrs. Wood called because she felt like when she looked at her home it seemed to be tilted and that her floors were sloping down, noticing that her floors weren't level. We did a PowerBrace for wall support and SmartJacks to support the main level of her home.
