As you are aware, moving into a new establishment is almost never easy. Especially if you have water coming into the basement. This customer had water leaking into the basement. The customer had some some asbestos tiles, but needed a pump and proper drainage system to liquidate the water, which is why they called us. Our workers took note of the cracks on the sides of the house, which gives them a possibility as to why water is leaking in the basement. They used a temperature sensor next to see what the temperature was throughout the house, particularly in the walls, to see if water is anywhere else, and sinking in the basement, and prepare for possible mold and smells in the future. Finally, after inspecting the crawl space, out workers add Waterguard to the leaky areas and install a smart sump to drain the water currently in the basement and prevent any damage in the near future.
