To prevent their crawl space from getting damp and swampy, we sealed it with our CleanSpace encapsulation, made with a heavy, 20 mil liner (twice as thick as industry standard) with "UltraFresh" antimicrobial protection. For additional durability, puncture resistance and a thermal break, we also installed drainage matting beneath the liner.
