Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Floods After Heavy Rain in Eagle, ID
To prevent structural damage and microbial growth in their crawl space, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner and fully encapsulated the crawl space, sealing around all seams, edges and pipe penetrations. We also installed our SaniDry Sedona, a powerful dehumidifier and air purifier that keeps relative humidity below 55%, fighting condensation, microbial growth, and dust mites.

This SaniDry is especially useful for fighting condensation and humidity in the air above the encapsulation.

Nasty, swampy crawl space in Eagle
This crawl space was swampy and musty due to its flimsy liner, unable to protect the crawl from the threat of moisture.
