Interior Drainage System
We installed WaterGuard, our subfloor, interior drainage system, to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has a chance to reach the basement floors.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump system features a three-pump system that automatically adjusts to the current requirements of the environment. This includes a battery-powered pump to prevent flooding in the case of a power outage.
Drainage Matting
We laid out our patented drainage matting along the floor of the crawl space before we install the vapor barrier. It's special dimpled design prevents water from collecting and standing beneath the vapor barrier and instead directs water to the drainage system.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrie
Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it promotes a brighter, drier, and healthier crawl space from years to come.
IceGuard
We added IceGuard to the discharge lines of the sump pump to ensure that water can effectively be pumped out of the crawl space during freezing conditions.
LawnScape Outlet
Our patented LawnScape outlet was installed to the end of the discharge line to prevent clogging from leaves or debris.
