Drainage Matting
We laid out our CleanSpace Drainage Matting along the floor of the crawl space. Its dimpled design is to prevent water from collecting beneath the vapor barrier and instead directs it to the sump pump.

Moisture & Humidity Control
Our TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to remove any water in the crawl space. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to eliminate musty odors and prevent the growth of mold and mildew.
IceGuard Protection
Our patented IceGuard protection is added to the sump pump discharge line to ensure that water will always be effectively pumped out - even during freezing weather conditions!
LawnScape Outlet
Our patented LawnScape outlet is added to the end of the discharge line. Its designed to easily blend in with landscaping and prevent the line from clogging due to debris or dirt.
