This musty, moldy crawl space desperately needed an updated crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing system. To catch the excess water, we first installed our anticlogging patented StarPipe drainage system, connecting it to our SuperSump (which includes one of the finest Zoeller pumps available) to pump water away from the crawl space. We then replaced the thin, flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which is over twice as thick as industry standard liners and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. To keep the crawl space environment dry, we lastly added a SaniDry Sedona, the world's most efficient dehumidifier for its size, draining automatically and directly into the SuperSump to prevent weekly trips to the crawl space.
