Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

We installed our interior, subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, to protect this water-damaged crawl space walls by capturing water at its entry point and directing it to the new TripleSafe sump pump system.

Although this home is already over 100 years old, the homeowners weren't sure if it'd make it another 10 years. The crumbling foundation could mean severe issues with moisture, wood rot, and much more in the near future, and they'd first noticed the problem over 2 years ago. In their journey for long-term, permanent repairs, they found us, and, after consulting with a structural engineer, they accepted our proposal for a SmartJack© system. Its engineered fill addresses the root problem for foundation settlement, and its a permanent fix for sagging and sloping floors in the home. Now, the homeowner can do other repairs in their home without worrying about the home's settlement and shifting floors getting worse.
