Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

A recent customer of ours in Coeur D'Alene called us with concerns of one side of her home settling.  We got her on the schedule to meet with our specialist Ryan to look at the foundation. Once Ryan got out there he quickly realized the best product for the homeowner was going to be our Helical Piers.  Our helical piers go under the footing of the home's foundation and help permanently lift the home.

This crawl space needed attention. Moisture was seeping into the space and the old black plastic was no longer working as a vapor barrier. A CleanSpace Encapsulation totally transformed this space into a cleaner, drier, and healthier space! CleanSpace is our 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene vapor barrier that won't rip or tear. This crawl space is in much better shape and the homeowner can relax knowing his crawl space problems are gone. 

This fixer-upper had weak floor joists, cracking walls, and needed a lot of attention from its new homeowners. After doing their research and meeting our System Design Specialist, they realized that our SmartJacks© were the perfect solution for their home. It's a permanent solution for sloping, sagging floors, as every SmartJack© is planted in engineered fill which address the root cause of settlement (problem soils). It's extremely durable due to its zinc-plated and galvanized steel components that resist corrosion. Lastly, its adjustable design enable a custom fit for every SmartJack©, allowing the same solution to be used across the crawl space which isn't perfectly level. This made installation fast, simple, and the homeowners were able to begin other repairs around the home, knowing their floors were finally stabilized.
