These cold, ugly, seeping concrete walls weren't doing this basement any favors. Not only was the basement wet all the time, but the homeowner wanted to turn their basement into a usable, comfortable space for their family. We installed our Wallie and WaterGuard drainage system, specifically engineered to be an anticlogging drainage system for basements, and our TripleSafe, the world's most reliable pumping system with 3 unique pumps to address the 3 common reasons why basements flood: power failure, pump failure, and failing to keep up with the volume of water in hard rain. The TripleSafe can remove up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of the basement, and includes a DC battery operated pump. Now, this home will stay dry for years to come. 

This crawl space was damp, musty, and at risk for mold, dust mites, pests, and other threats that come with high humidity. To solve this issue, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, which encapsulates the crawl space for decades to come with a 25-year warranty, separating the damp earth from the home. 

To repair this sinking foundation, we went inside the crawl space and installed our Supportworks helical piers beneath the home's concrete footing, which stabilizes and raises the foundation back to level.
