Faced with a damp crawl space in Nordman, ID, this homeowner knew it was time to call us. The before photo showcases the challenge they dealt with - a moisture-laden, unusable space below their home. After our team stepped in, notice in the after photo how our installation of CleanSpace and SilverGlow insulation transformed this area. Not only did we banish dampness, but we also added Valuable, energy-efficient insulation, converting their crawl space into a dry, manageable area. This was a Waterproofing project

The customer called due to a Crack in the sheetrock which happened a few years ago. Now the crack has let water in and ants were coming through the wall. We used a FlexiSpan System which will waterproof and stay bonded with wall movement, and seals the crack permanently! 

Ms. Wing called us to do an install in her crawlspace. We supported the crawlspace with SmartJacks, bring it back to level.

SmartJack is a high-capacity, fully-adjustable steel pier. Designed to stop settling and can raise your sagging floor back to the proper level. Steel piers can be easily adjusted if future settling occurs.

Ms. Henergy's house was sinking and she noticed her bathroom walls were cracking, because of the settling of the home. She gave us a call and we came up with the solution to install four Push Piers under the footing of the corner of the house. 

We were able to lift and level out the corner of the house, which then pushed back the cracking into the bathroom. She was very happy to have the house back to being level as well as seeing the crack in her bathroom back together.
