Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

There were six Push Piers installed on the southwest portion of the foundation where the foundation had settled. We were able to lift the foundation 2 inches which leveled out the flooring of the master bed and guest bedroom. With the installation of the Push Piers, it provides the house with more stability and prohibits any future foundation settlement.  

A client contacted us because they had a split level house with an addition on the upper level of the home. They had noticed that addition was begging to settle and needed to be raised. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a comprehensive solution to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by removing the existing concrete from the foundation. Following this, they installed SmartJacks and that was anchored with a set of pre-cast concrete footing. The client's addition is now safe and secure for years to come!

The customer needed more supports in her basement because her floors were extremely weak, and she was just super worried so she wanted the repairs done to fix it before it worsened 

As you can see in the photos below the before picture of the basement shows before our guys installed the wall paneling, and more supports and an egress window.

This family noticed water leaking into their basement more often than not and how humid it left the whole basement feeling. Here we have installed our water guard to help stop any further water leaking in and our pump to help control the water entering the home as well as helping with the humidity.
