To keep this crawl space dry for years to come, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. 

This perimeter waterproofing system wouldn't keep the basement dry during hard rain, so we installed our SmartSump, which can remove up to 2,240 gallons per hour, alongside our WaterGuard drainage system, specifically designed to capture groundwater. 

This home had an old sump pump installed in the finished basement but a few months ago the piping got blocked and burst. He needed a new sump installed to prevent further flooding so we installed our UltraSump4 for a long-lasting fix!
