Sales Process
Joel (design specialist) studied the project and made many calculations as to what would work best. This was a foundation repair and sump pump instillation. Before the work began I had many questions. Joel addressed all of my concerns quickly and was always reassuring. Everything went exactly as he said.
Our Installation Crew
Can't say enough about Cory and his crew. Holy Cow! They were amazing! Cory started work in our pump room so we didn't have to go without water for very long. The project went fast and without any problems. Each phase was explained and he made sure I understood how the sump pump worked and the mechanics of the repaired foundation wall before they left. You will not find more professional, hardworking, competent group of people than Cory and his crew.
The Cleanup Process
Cory and his crew made sure there was minimal mess with fans to help remove dust and by cleaning up rubble as they worked. They put back any disturbed ground as close to the original as possible.
