After creating a waterproofing system in the crawl space, our sump pump needs a discharge system to remove water successfully. We installed our IceGuard© discharge system with the discharge pipes to allow water to escape even when pipes freeze or clog for any reason. 

After buying the home, a home inspection showed that the crawl space had rotting floor joists and a poor vapor barrier. We supported the floor joists with our SmartJack system, which immediately lifts floors with its adjustable design, and installed our CleanSpace Light liner, a 10 mil liner with antimicrobial protection.
