Now, this homeowner can safely access their crawl space, and even use it as storage as needed!

A homeowner in Mountain Home, Idaho noticed poor drainage in his yard and worried that there was seepage occurring near the foundation. After taking a look in the crawlspace, his fears were confirmed. Water had begun pooling in several areas, causing our client to be worried about mold growth and the possible deterioration of the foundation. Our team installed SmartPipe, a drainage system installed around the perimeter of a crawlspace, in addition to a SuperSump pump. Any water seeping into the crawlspace will now be directed away from the foundation, preventing serious damage to the supporting structure of this home.

Water was flooding into the crawl space, which caused a musty smell, so a vapor barrier was installed.
