Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Mary Denardi
Challenge
The owners had had water problems in their crawl space in the past so our specialist had to diagnose why that was happening without actually seeing where the water was coming in. Our ultimate goal ended up being to protect the crawl space from the water that was forcing itself every once in a while.
Solution
We discovered that there was a high water table around this home which could have been the cause of this water problem all along. We installed DryTrak and a SuperSump. Both products protect the home from this problem. Whenever water is forcing into the home at the footing of the foundation, DryTrak takes any of that water and kicks it all to our SuperSump. The SuperSump then kicks that water back out of the home through a discharge line we placed 20 ft away from the home.
