Challenge
We had a customers parent reach out to us with concerns in regards to her daughters new home. They had concerns with the crawlspace, it was a huge mess in her words, there were concerns with wood rot down in the crawlspace. Along with some bouncy floors and doors not wanting to close.
Solution
There was some humidity concerns so the team added a dehumidifier to help resolve that issue! The team also added some supplemental beams to help stabilize the foundation, and lift it a little to level out the floorings in the home!
