Challenge

Homeowners noticed evident water damage with no standing water upon crawl space inspection. They also expressed concern of cold floors.

Solution

We removed all organic material from the crawl space, dehumidified and isolated the home from the damp earth. We then air sealed the crawl space to protect the home from evaporation from the soil and any humidity from the outside. The homeowners chose SilverGlo Insulated Panels to insulate all walls along the perimeter of the space. We finished the home project by installing our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The home is now insulated as well as protected from humidity and mold.
