Dirty, musty crawl space? No problem! Our team was happy to transform this damp crawl space into a healthy and dry CleanSpace encapsulation, constructed with heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner. 

These weakened floor joists were instantly lifted with our adjustable SmartJack system, which is built on engineered fill to address the root cause of settlement.

Water was flooding into the crawl space, which caused a musty smell, so a vapor barrier was installed.
