Previously, a meandering crack in this McCall store’s basement served as an unwelcome gateway for water, a subtle intruder threatening tranquility. Observe the remarkable change in our after photo: forged by the skillful application of NexusPro, this fissure has been brilliantly transformed. It is no longer a breach, but a testament to durability and precision. Through our intervention, a simple repair evolved into a steadfast barrier, delivering the grips of worry to the embrace of assurance. With each project, we don't merely fix problems; we craft legacies of comfort and confidence.
We permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors with our SmartJack system! These galvanized steel piers are fully adjustable and are designed to not only immediately stop any signs of settlement, but in most cases, may even lift the floors above back to their original position.
A Nampa homeowner was faced with a problem when there didn't seem to be enough room to install our Sump Pump system in his basement. He was remodeling his basement and wanted to make sure the pump was out of the way but still able to work effectively. Our system design expert located a closet near the area that the waterproofing products were to be installed and thought that would be a good location. The installation of the sump pump was very non invasive and is now hidden from regular foot traffic.
The corner of this customer's house was settling. We attempted to install PushPiers, But realize the structure was too light. So we installed HelicalPiers.
A helical pier is a steel shaft with round helixplates that provides a foundation support for various types of structures. ... Ram Jack deep-driven steel helical piers are 2-3/8″ or 2-7/8″ diameter sectional pipe piles. They are hydraulically rotated into the ground to bear on rock or a solid soil stratum.
This house had sagging, uneven floors so we fixed it up with our SmartJacks and leveled it back out while also providing stability! As you can see the dip in the floor came up and the level is equal!
