A recent customer of ours gave us a call because a crack that has been in the basement wall for the last five years had started to get larger. She then noticed there was a very large crack on another wall in the basement. Our specialist Tim went out the home to see if there was anything we could do to help the homeowners. Tim then proposed to the homeowner our CrabonArmor to go over the crack to help if from growing or even letting water into the basement. 

Crawlspace Smartjacks provide stabilization to uneven floors. Weak and sunken floor joists can cause floors to become uneven. In some cases the Smartjacks assist the existing floor joists in supporting the floor above. In the case of this homeowner, a section of joists was taken out and replaced by a section of Crawlspace Smartjacks.

A very common concern of our clients is cracking around crawlspace vents on new builds. This particular client discovered these cracks that were not present only 3 years earlier when he purchased the property. Luckily, we were able to seal and repair the cracks to prevent further damage.
