Industry standard crawl space encapsulation liners are incredibly thin—only 9 mil. This makes it easy to tear and rip whenever the crawl space is accessed. It's more of a 'temporary' encapsulation rather than a permanent one. You can see a very thin liner in this 'before' picture, and where open dirt is still exposed.
Thankfully, we were able to replace all of the liner with our CleanSpace© encapsulation system, a permanent solution for the home's waterproofing crawl space needs. Its heavy, thick, 20 mil liner is manufactured in 7 layers to optimize its puncture resistance, flexibility, and brute tear resistance. The bright white finish allows you to easily see that this crawl space is finally free of mold, insects and dirt. CleanSpace© is also manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called "UltraFresh," which is molded right into the material. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, the world's most powerful dehumidifier for its size, to ensure that the crawl space air is as dry and clean as possible all year long.

When this homeowner called us, their crawl space was collapsing with moldy insulation and flimsy, loose liner. To fix it, we first replaced their moldy insulation with SilverGlo© crawl space insulation, a 2" foamboard infused with graphite and includes a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into the home for superior energy savings. Then, we replaced their loose, flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner, which is manufactured in 7 layers for optimal puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and flexibility. It's twice as thick as industry liners, and even includes antimicrobial protection. To get a FREE estimate for your home, contact us today!
A recent customer of our in American Falls noticed their basement walls were leaking. They weren't sure if they could fix it themselves or if they should have someone come out and do it for them. They decided to try and fix it themselves before they called someone out to do it. They then noticed it would be best to get someone out there who does that kind of work all the time. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist. Once he got out there he knew the best product for the homeowners was going to be our FlexiSpan.
