To fix this crumbling crawl space, we supported the weakening crawl space beam with our SmartJack system, which instantly lifts while addressing the root cause of settlement. We also replaced the thin, flimsy liner with our 10 mil CleanSpace Light liner with "UltraFresh" antimicrobial protection. 

Because of how poorly protected this crawl space was, pools of bacteria-filled water developed over this flimsy liner. However, after a full encapsulation with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, now it will stay protected with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears.
