This crawl space was having serious flooding problems. The sump pump that was in there kept failing, resulting in a ton of water filling the space. We solved this issue with a SmartSump Sump Pump. The SmartSump has Zoeller 1/3hp pump, SuperLiner, automatic float switch, and airtight lid. It was designed to prevent flooding in the crawl space and has certainly done so here. To fix this homeowner's swampy crawl space, we removed the thin, flimsy liner and replaced it with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, manufactured in seven layers with "UltraFresh" antimicrobial protection. It even has a 25-year warranty against rips and tears to ensure this crawl space will stay protected for years to come. 

This messy, musty crawl space suffered high humidity for years, developing mold and musty odors for years. To fix it, we placed the loose, flimsy 6mil thick liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, providing additional puncture resistance, brute tear resistance, and flexibility with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears.

This homeowner's block wall was leaking and bowing inward. To first prevent wall failure, we installed our PowerBrace system, which are custom-fit to the basement's height and tightly secured around the wall with brackets that are anchored to the basement floor below and first-floor framing above. To capture water, we installed our WaterGuard system along the basement perimeter, a below-grade drainage system that — when combined with the CleanSpace Wall System and a sump pump sytem — drains wall seepage and groundwater away from the foundation.
