There were six Push Piers installed on the southwest portion of the foundation where the foundation had settled. We were able to lift the foundation 2 inches which leveled out the flooring of the master bed and guest bedroom. With the installation of the Push Piers, it provides the house with more stability and prohibits any future foundation settlement.  

A client contacted us because they had a split level house with an addition on the upper level of the home. They had noticed that addition was begging to settle and needed to be raised. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a comprehensive solution to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by removing the existing concrete from the foundation. Following this, they installed SmartJacks and that was anchored with a set of pre-cast concrete footing.
