Owner had standing water in crawl space of house. We installed a complete and total solution which included: SmartPipe drainage system, CleanSpace liner, Regrading, SaniDry dehumidifier system, SmartSump Sump Pump, Vent covers, IceGuard and Lawnscape outlets. 

There was water leaking into the basement, probably due to a crack in the foundation. Our workers came and placed sentryseal over the walls outside the basement where water was most likely getting through. 

Excess moisture in this crawl space caused the existing supports to weaken, putting the home's foundation at risk. We permanently stabilized the sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams. We then encapsulated the crawl space with our ultra-durable vapor barrier, CleanSpace. Creating a drier, stronger, and healthier environment.
