This formerly musty and humid crawl space has a brand new look and feel with our award-winning CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. Owner had standing water in crawl space of house. We installed a complete and total solution which included: SmartPipe drainage system, CleanSpace liner, Regrading, SaniDry dehumidifier system, SmartSump Sump Pump, Vent covers, IceGuard and Lawnscape outlets. 

There was water leaking into the basement, probably due to a crack in the foundation. Our workers came and placed sentryseal over the walls outside the basement where water was most likely getting through. 

Excess moisture in this crawl space caused the existing supports to weaken, putting the home's foundation at risk. We permanently stabilized the sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams. We then encapsulated the crawl space with our ultra-durable vapor barrier, CleanSpace. Creating a drier, stronger, and healthier environment. 

Nobody wants to step on a dirt floor that's also damp and nasty-looking! Plus, not only are dirt crawl spaces nasty, but they allow high humidity and condensation to form, as well as mold, wood rot, and bad odors. That's why we love this transformation, and the homeowner did too. The main star? Our CleanSpace© encapsulation system with Drainage Matting and our SilverGlo© crawl space insulation.
