Pictured, is a home that had settled so we needed to install our piers. This is a "before and after" of the hole that is excavated for our piers to be placed and then a photo of the pier once it is set before we backfill the holes.
A homeowner called in and thought he may have a broken pipe but it turned out to most likely be a high water table. Our system design specialist visited the property and offered some permanent waterproofing solutions. We installed our Drytrak wall drainage sytem and a sump pump to divert the water away from the home.
Before and after of a basment that continued to let water in. Foundation Supportworks of Idaho installed DryTrak to ensure that the water will not continue to enter.
Here we installed more supports in the crawlspace to help stabilize the floors.
A homeowner in Mountain Home, Idaho noticed poor drainage in his yard and worried that there was seepage occurring near the foundation. After taking a look in the crawlspace, his fears were confirmed. Water had begun pooling in several areas, causing our client to be worried about mold growth and the possible deterioration of the foundation. Our team installed SmartPipe, a drainage system installed around the perimeter of a crawlspace, in addition to a SuperSump pump. Any water seeping into the crawlspace will now be directed away from the foundation, preventing serious damage to the supporting structure of this home.
