Have a leaky wall crack? Epoxy or urethane injections can be messy and unreliable. But the FlexiSpan® Crack Repair System is unique, clean, revolutionary, and works every time! It can drain directly into specially engineered wall drain flange on the patented WaterGuard® System or an existing stone aggregate or footing drain under your basement floor in the existing home situations.
A crack is an expansion joint in a concrete wall. But the FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System will never crack or leak, and can flex as much as 3/4" as the wall moves in the future. We loved how the results looked for this homeowner, and they loved it too!
You might know that it's important to keep water moisture out of your crawl space—but it might surprise you just how bad problems can get if your home doesn't have a crawl space encapsulation system. For this homeowner, they first noticed their problems with the strong, musty smells coming from their crawl space. This was occurring due to humidity and mold build-up in their crawl space. Concerned for their family members with asthma and allergies, they contacted us to install our CleanSpace© crawl space encapsulation system. It's manufactured in over 7 layers to ensure optimal puncture resistance, flexibility, and brute tear resistance. The attractive, bright, tough crawl space liner is over twice as thick as other industry liners, and warrantied against rips and tears for 25 years. It even has an antimicrobial additive called "UltraFresh" molded right into the material. Because of these powerful properties, the homeowner knew that CleanSpace© would be the right long-term solution for them—and the results look great!
Many industry liners are very thin and flimsy—anywhere between 6 to 9 mil. They often rip whenever crawled on (defeats the purpose of a crawl space liner, huh?), which allows moisture into the crawl space, often causing mold, wood rot, insects, pests, and even dust mites to thrive. To prevent this from happening, this homeowner wanted our full crawl space encapsulation, including our CleanSpace© heavy, 20 mil thick liner. That's over twice as thick as most industry liners, and it's manufactured in 7 layers to optimize brute tear resistance, puncture resistance, and flexibility. It even has an "UltraFresh" antimicrobial additive molded right into the material! Additionally, we installed our SilverGlo© crawl space insulation, a 2" expanded polystyrene insulation with graphite infused into it. Its tiny particles reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity for superior R-value per inch. What does this mean? This encapsulation not only offers humidity control of their crawl space, but also gives insulation benefits, lowering the cost of homeownership by lowering heating bills.
