Job review from Don in Boise, ID 83719 on 08/19/26

Top notch!! Even though there was a deficiency at the time of install that got pretty hairy, it could have been considerably worse if left unaddressed. Upon discovering the leak, I called Cory (the Production Manager) up to discuss, he was over to my place to evaluate I think like the next day!! He determined it was a bad install, and I freely submit: "that happens, we're all human". Not everything is perfect and if anyone out there believes reviews should only be for a perfect good or service, they're smoking that stuff. Here is what sets apart this company form the others: The foreman came to have a look at the situation, he saw that it was a problem from the install a year prior, he saw the damage, he owned it and then he called the owner to discuss the situation. I was contacted that evening to arrange a date for remedy. Though it was going to be a few weeks off, the situation was going to be cured and he followed up once to assure we were still on track for today's subfloor replacement. Today, Mason and his wingman came out to do the replace the subfloor; no excuses, only results. That's the integrity I absolutely love and it's missing in so many places and people today.... not this team though. Look, mistakes happen and to expect perfection out of everyone at all times for everything is unrealistic..... the measure of an organization is not about if a mistake happened, it's how it is addressed, and these guys hit a grand slam in the arena of service, standing behind their product/work and just overall integrity. I'm a real estate agent, and though technically I never outright "reccommend" anyone or anything for obvious reasons, I tell a different factual truth: I say is "I PERSONALLY am VERY GLAD I did business with them and I personally will ONLY EVER use Foundation and Crawlspace Repair of Idaho for ALL RELATED WORK" on my place with other forthcoming issues to be solved. If someone else wanna roll the dice on another vendor, well...... hope it works out for them because I and everyone I know who's used this business is 5-stars satisfied with their performance and workmanship. So to them, I say "good luck with the other guys"! I pretty much do this for my 'personal preferred vendors who do work at my place. I would give y'all 6 or 7 stars if I could. Thanks for the integrity and thanks for not being one bit difficult about it. As far as I'm concerned, there are no other shows in town for this line of work. Your company sets the standard and as far as I'm concerned, anything less than their bar, well, I guess good luck!! Cassandra, your team is 1000% amazing and brand integrity is a bar-setter. If y'all heard stories about the house who got a crawl space done and grilled for the boys for two days..... that was our place. Your team is high-energy and great-attitude. Loved them hanging around even if they did eat up 4 or 5 racks of ribs like they get starved at home or something. Great dudes.

There was dirt and stuff left over.... news to me!! I had no idea they were even down there or tracking through the house..... not a speck of dirt or insulation.!! :) :)
