Commercial Foundations Before & After Photos

Our customers in Menan, ID were having trouble with dipping in their floors. When they called our office for help they explained that their floors felt bouncy and uneven, they had tried to fix it with a jack themselves. The fix did not work. Upon inspection our specialist found that the support under the home was not doing its job, the wood was even splitting. Our solution was to put our galvanized steel supplemental beam and SmartJacks system under the home so that our jacks became the new support of the floors.

A McCall, ID home with sagging floors and a worn vapor barrier was in need was in need of some help. Not only were they interested in encapsulating the crawlspace, but the homeowner was also looking to support the floors using Smartjack technology. This before and after highlights our cleanspace system as well as the smartjacks that were installed  to hold up those creaking and sagging floors.

Customer had bad piers, a sagging floor in the center by the kitchen, and a possible crack in the tile. One of our workers came over and installed smart jacks for better stability and evenness. 

Here is a before and after of our SmartJack and CleanSpace installation. This will help stabilize the floors and keep water, moisture, and rodents out of the crawlspace.
