Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

To fix this homeowner's swampy crawl space, we removed the thin, flimsy liner and replaced it with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, manufactured in seven layers with "UltraFresh" antimicrobial protection. It even has a 25-year warranty against rips and tears to ensure this crawl space will stay protected for years to come. 

This homeowner called with concerns about the crawl space sealant deteriorating. They didn't think anything had been done since it was originally built in 1983 and when they ran the sprinkler system and saturated the ground, the water would bubble up in the crawlspace causing the insulation to fall apart and the 1st floor of the home to be consistently cooler than the rest of the home.

Our solution is to encapsulate and reinsulate using polystrene foam! Separating the earth from your home is important for many reasons but water prevention is a big one. Negative effects of a wet or damp crawl space can include:

We fixed the musty odors coming from the crawl space after replacing the thin, flimsy liner with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner with antimicrobial protection and installing a SaniDry Sedona, which can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air per day.
