A client contacted us because they had problems with a significant amount of standing water in the crawlspace and stains on the vapor barrier at the front and rear of the house which indicated that there was an ongoing moisture intrusion problem. They had also noticed portions of the vapor barrier that are missing or have been displaced or pulled away from the footings.
