This homeowner's basement and basement garage was flooding with water. We fixed it by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard system, which captures water at the most common entry point — the cold joint — and sends it to our TripleSafe sump pump system. Combined, this system removes up to 6,400 gallons of water per hour away from the foundation of the home.

To address the water, we first needed to excavate the perimeter of the basement flooring.

To ensure water intrusion is captured and sent away from the foundation, we installed WaterGuard, a below-grade drainage system, at the perimeter of the basement.

We installed this TripleSafe at the lowest point so our gravity-powered system could send water from the basement into this sump pump, which removes up to 6,400 gallons of water per hour.
