A homeowner gave us a call because his basement window was not up to code. It was not wide enough for safe exit and was exactly level with the concrete outside. Our system design expert recomended a basement window and window well that would meet egress standards. Our installation crew had no problem cutting the concrete to make room for the big window well. The happy homeowner now had a good looking basement window that was up to code.

In order to get their property up to code, a customer called in and wanted a basement window upgraded to an egress window. The area in front of the window was cleared of a cement pathway to make space for the big window well. The customer will now be able to easily access the basement room in case of emergency.

This homeowner has a large basement that they wanted to be able to use. The problem was that there was always water on the floor. Water would run down the walls and pool onto the floors below, making it difficult to use the room. The homeowner had a sump pump installed to pump the water back out, but that didn't keep the water from first spreading across the floor on the way to the sump pump. We installed DryTrak to collect the water at the bottom of the walls and send it directly to the sump pump, keeping the floors completely dry. The owner can now use the basement worry free.
