Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A client contacted us because they had a split level house with an addition on the upper level of the home. They had noticed that addition was begging to settle and needed to be raised. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a comprehensive solution to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by removing the existing concrete from the foundation. Following this, they installed SmartJacks and that was anchored with a set of pre-cast concrete footing. The client's addition is now safe and secure for years to come!

To permanently stabilize and insulate this crumbling basement, we installed our Powerbrace system and Basement to Beautiful wall panels. Our Powerbrace system stabilizes foundation walls with zinc-plated steel beams, custom-fit to the basement height and anchored to the basement floor and first-floor framing above. It can be tightened over time to straighten the foundation wall. From there, our Basement to Beautiful wall panels transform the cold, damp, ugly basement walls into warm, dry walls with studs and electrical wire chases, ready to finish in one simple step. 

A recent customer of our in Boise reached out to us because they had noticed a crack in their crawlspace wall, that was letting in water and causing a mildew odor. Our specialist Tim went out to the home and knew the best product for the crack was our NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro seals cracks in concrete slabs and walls to keep water out that can soften the soil underneath. 

A recent customer of ours reached out to us because their basement was leaking by their window in the basement. We got them on the schedule with our specialist Tim. As you can see in the photos below, the flooring is very uneven and has detached itself from the wall due to the foundation settling. There is a noticeable space between the wall and deck that will continue to worsen as time goes on. We came out and installed our smartjacks and power brace system to help lift the foundation back to where it needs to be. Fixes such as this do not always get repaired right away, they may take a little time, but being patient and with our dedicated team members it will get resolved!
