A recent customer of our John went to go reduce his floor but noticed his floors are unlevel. He was unsure if he should just move forward or have someone come out and look at it before he redid them. They called us and told us their concerns and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Ryan. Once Ryan got out to the home he met with the homeowners and went over their concerns once again as well as what they would like to see get done.
