Challenge

This customer called in with heaved/uneven floors on the southeast side of their home. No cracks were forming yet, but the floor was bowed & bouncy. Our laser level showed signs of settling and gave us a visual representation of the bowing.

Solution

With our experts and products, we were able to provide a solution the homeowner was looking for! We installed 9 SmartJacks and 50ft of Supplemental Beams, then lifted the jacks to even out the floors and provide stability once again!
