The owner noticed major interior and exterior cracking around his property, a clear indication of foundation settlement. It had gotten so severe that a bedroom wall was not even touching the ceiling. We utilized our galvanized push pier technology to counteract the settlement using the Earths hard bedrock. Our team was able to achieve an outstanding 6" of lift! When the foundation of this home was in danger and the home was sinking down, we replaced the DIY support beams in the crawl space with our top-notch SmartJack system with steel supplemental beams. These galvanized and fully-adjustable steel piers allowed us to stop any signs of settlement in its tracks and even lift the floors back up to their original position!

As you can see here, extra supports were needed under this deck. We installed our SmartJacks to provide that extra support.
