We permanently stabilized this home's sinking foundation by installing SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. These galvanized steel piers immediately stopped settlement and even lifted the floors above back to their original position.

The porch on the front of this beautiful Eagle, Idaho home had sunk down several inches.  This had left a gap between the decorative stones and the porch.  Our push piers successfully lifted the porch to its original position.  The homeowners were thrilled that we were able to lift, and were happy knowing that with the newly installed piers.
